Within 7 days after delivery, you can return an item for a refund or an exchange if you’re not happy with it. Only items that were unopened, undamaged, and returned within 7 days are accepted. A return courier fee will be charged in addition.

After placing an order and having it accepted by us. The shipment work will begun and you will obtain the tracking ID from courier. Using the ID, you can track your order from courier partner.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified online. However, you can contact our customer support team to inquire about cancelling or modifying your order. Please note that if your order has already been processed or shipped, it may not be possible to cancel or modify it.
